I use a trilingual keyboard. Go to Control Panel, Regional/Language Settings, install the Spanish keyboard. Then you can just press [ and the vowel, and it'll come out accented. Then after you're done, you can click the language bar at the top/bottom of your screen to change it back to English. You can even just press Alt Shift to switch between them once you've installed the other keyboard. It's really useful if you have to switch between the languages a lot.

A couple other useful Spanish keys (once you've installed it).
Press ; for ñ
Press = for ¿ (and shift = for ¡)
Can't think of anything else.
