do you have any regrets on becoming a dentist?

I LOVE MY JOB. MY ONLY REGRETS WERE THAT I COULDN'T START UNTIL I WAS DONE WITH UNDERGRAD COLLEGE.

Canadian dentist make ours look like scam artists. I got 2 root canals for 500 all in the same afternoon. Here 1 rrot canal cost me 850 and two excuriating visits from a hoyty toyty guy who let me know his time was gold. Some here have been decent, but I travel now, a visit is only 24$, and ex ray 13$ and their nice, with tvs. But they don't want to give pain killers to go there. We are screwed here. Glasses are cheaper too.

for the person who is trying to compare fees there isnot one standard "root canal fee" the fees between canada and the US are not that differant, the one done in the US was likely on a tooth with more canals/roots which means it costs more. As for dentists being nicer up here in Canada that all depends on who you go to there will be plenty of nice dentists in the US also and plenty of mean ones in Canada
