Well I searched this for you a little bit and you can see what this site says: http://www.dreammoods.com/dreamdictionary/p3.htm
To dream that you are pregnant, symbolizes an aspect of yourself or some aspect of your personal life that is growing and developing. You may not be ready to talk about it or act on it. This may also represent the birth of a new idea, direction, project or goal.
Here's one more:
http://www.smartgirl.org/dreamdictionary.html#p
For a woman to dream that she is pregnant could be her subconscious telling her that she is actually pregnant. If you're not worried about pregnancy, a dream of being pregnant symbolizes an aspect of your personality or personal life that is growing and developing, but is not yet ready to be talked about or acted upon. It represents the birth of a new idea, direction or goal. Also see Birth.
Maybe this gives an idea. I myself think you subconscious wants you to be pregnant but you aren't ready. I have had many dreams of being about 6 months along it's a crazy feeling in the dream huh?

Well, the most obvious reason would be if you are engaging in behavior with your boyfriend that would be likely to cause a pregnancy, you could be worried about it, even though you are on the pill. A pregnancy is also a symbol of beginnings, and growth, though. You don't say how long you have been going with this guy, but if the relationship is going well, you could be dreaming of pregnancy as a symbol of growth in the relationship, or it could have nothing at all to do with the relationship, it could be that you have started, or will start a project of some kind. Even so, the biggest risk group for AIDs, is young people like you, and unless you know 100% where he has been, (and there is no way that you can know 100%), you should use a condom every time, the pill will not protect you from STD's, or you should use them at least until you are married to someone you know for a fact to be clean...
even with a condom doesn't mean safe sex, only safer sex...

That's how it's been for me, I mean not with the pregnant dreams, but I have been having some weird dreams about something bad happening to my dad. It might mean that you're just really anxious and excited, usually that'll triger odd pictured dreams. Also being really tired also brings your mind to bring some weird dreams.
Just rember also that dreams are just pictures trigered by your brain. Other than that, your dreams will prolly give your b-f a good laugh...or a wake up call. So go ahead and tell him and see what happens.
Good luck :)

Hey, im really sorry to hear about what your husband has been through, you must be a really strong person. Im the same age as you and my fiance has a serious heart condition and I also dont know if we will be able to conceive because of all the medication he is on :-( Its really strange I keep dreaming I am pregnant too, I had a horrible one the other night, that I was bleeding really bad and went to the doctor and he said, you were having triplets but you have lost 2 of them, what are you upset about you're still having one baby, I was really sad in the dream cos everyone thought I was being dramatic by being upset that I'd lost 2 babies. Then last night I dreamt I was in a store with my fiance and I was looking at 2 positive tests I had just done and he was really mad at me that I was pregnant, and he started going crazy and pushing me. :( Sorry I havent answered your question yet! :-) I think you should talk to your husband and see how he feels about it, I totally understand you feeling impatient, I feel the exact same. Its terrible and I hate myself for feeling like I need to rush and get pregnant now, cos god knows what the future will bring. He'll probably end up living longer than me!! But I think its just our instinct telling us that who knows what the future holds and to get moving now. If you ever want to talk Im a good listener so feel free to email me :-) Good luck hun.x

I'm sorry to hear that. But If you find out for sure through the tests that you guys can't have children I think you should consider adopting. I had a child at a young age and decided to give my baby up for adoption. I picked out a lovely family and go see him every year. We all have a great relationship... And I made their dreams come true because they couldn't have kids.

Um, it could be anything:
you fear losing him and think by getting pregnant you'll keep him
you want a baby
you're scared of becoming pregnant (use protection!)
you fear responsibility
you think you're growing up too quickly
you are pregnant
I could go on and on. You're the best dream interpreter for your own dreams...

It could be your biological clock kicking in.
A sub-concious want to be pregnant. Doesn't mean YOU WANT to be pregnant. Keep up with the birth control methods, and you should be fine, I wouldn't worry that you are pregnant or will get pregnant.
