i have to do a project for gym, here are the instructions:

Present a typed, one page essay for a personal fitness program you intend to develop for yourself. Present how you intend to improve your level of fitness? How many sets and reps will you do?


Any ideas? i dont know any free weight or machines exercises!!

PS what is the maximum amount of weight you can lift called?

PPS what is the name of the machine where you put your legs under a bar and push your legs down to lift X amount of weight?

Look up Pilate's, a good all round exercise or personal fitness program that you can do now and when you are middle age if not beyond. Pilate's will have positions and reps. Good Luck
