I am planning to get married this coming March and have no idea where to go for honeymoon. I want a romantic time and somewhere oversees to have a good and forever lasting experience. Also, any 5 star hotels anyone knows about would be nice to know. ;)

Tahiti, or one of her Islands would be romantic & especially beautiful.
In Tahiti you could stay at the Beachcomber Inter-Continental Hotel. The over the water bungalows are fabulous.
Or Bora Bora. There is a Beachcomber there too. Or some more 5 stars would be the Bora Bora Pearl Resort, or the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort.
They are all spectacular, and most of them should have a honeymoon package

I stayed in Florence last year, not with my girlfriend :( but it felt so romantic, there was just an energy, to some it up, it felt like if you were ever having any troubles with your girlfriend then just being there you would get over it. Beautiful place, with some nice places to visit. Bali as well just because that's probably the most beautiful place I've ever been, incredible like a paradise. Congrats!

Hi. I totally agree with Jasmine808.....the Grand Waliea on the island of Maui, Hawaii.....you can't go wrong. 5 star hotel and great surroundings.

any place at all is best *LOL* as long as the two of you are together and enjoying each other's company. I took a honeymoon trip with my husband 2 years before we were married. we took a motorcycle trip to the world's fair. when we actually did get married we were too broke to do much of anything, so we stayed home and I helped his auntie can peaches. it was all very romantic :o)

if you can splurge, go to Hawaii! it's breathtaking. i personally love the island of kawai, but also maui and oahu. maui and oahu have tons to do activity-wise, but kawai is so serene and relaxing. and if your looking for a fabulous 5-star resort, check out the Grand Wailea in maui - there are tons of celebrities that go there, and it owns the most gorgeous and soft beach i've ever seen! good luck, and enjoy your honeymoon
