What are the different sizes of pillows of a standard bed makeup? Are roll pillows part of this?

Bed pillows are sized for the size of the bed. A full is labeled Standard, then Queen, and King. All other pillows are extras and can be added as you see fit. There are two sham sizes, one standard and one European. There are rolls and other sizes of decorator pillows.
