I do not know, but what I do know is that I am taking Calcium and Vitamin D due to being Osteopenic, so hoping to stave off Osteoporosis, brittle bones. Since taking the supplement my body metabolism has speeded up and I have lost weight. That is the only difference to my usual daily routine.

yes. supposedly. but a glass will do it. you don't need a lot.

some people disagree with the findings though

"Studies indicate that 24 ounces of milk per day can help speed up weight loss. Here are a few tips to keep in mind when milking your diet for all it's worth:

Skim milk contains about 1/2 the calories as most varieties of whole milk.

Calcium supplements don't appear to have the same results for weight loss as drinking milk.

24 ounces of milk equals about one ounce of milk per hour OR 3 cups of milk daily.

Liven up milk by adding a dash of your favorite extract.

Go a step further and add a bit of Splenda and some fresh fruit. Place into the blender and whip."

milk is fattening and not good for your body.

the reason the diet industry is a billion dollar industry is because there isn't ONE product that produces better results. youll just have to suffer and do diet and exercise like everyone else.
