You are not overreacting.
Next time send their own toothbrush with them.
That is really disgusting.
When toothbrushes are on sale I buy several.
I heard once that you are suppose to change your toothbrush every month or at least after you have a cold or the flu.
I would think they could catch a cold or gum disease from that.
Human mouth is one of the dirtiest places on our body.

Go to the dollar store and get a 10 pack of toothbrushes. If anyone has any diseases then they are sharing the diseases as well. That's revolting. I throw my toothbrush away if anyone touches it let alone puts it in their mouth. Some peoples gums bleed from electric toothbrushes.

I think you are a very loving a caring mother, and I understand how you feel because I am to a first time mother but I think you are being a little overly concerned. I mean 13 1/2 months? She can do and sleep probably a lot better than you are giving her credit for. I have an almost 11 month old son as I used to be concerned when my son started turning over in his sleep. I would use pillows and still do I prop them on his sides to keep him in place, it also make its comfortable for him. Then I use a pillow under his blanket where his head is so that he is propped up a little bit. After he was about 8 1/2 months I realized my baby is strong, and he is going to flip over but he's not dumb enough to just not breath. He always turns his head or whatever it is to not be in a uncomfortable position just like we do. I can wake up and see him flipped over on his tummy and he is fine, I'm am not worried because I know he can get himself out of that position. Of course I check him out of reassurance but hes always fine. I don't see anything wrong with you using the boppy pillow for her, she is passed the SIDS stage and she is strong enough to move from an uncomfortable position. If you read they say not to use pillows and blankets either, and I'm sorry but that is absurd in my opinion. How comfortable are you without pillow and blankets. MY son uses them and he is just fine.

You should send your children over with toothbrushes of their own or you should talk to their father about buying them their own toothbrushes they have at his house. Sharing toothbrushes is simply gross and not healthy at all.

I guess it depends. In my family we eat and drink after each other. No one has any contagious diseases and ofcourse if someone is sick they wont, but.
Are you sure the brush wasnt changed before your boys used it. I mean, can 5 ppl really all be in the bathroom at once? If this is a problem, send them with their tooth brushes from home, or buy them new brushes to leave there.
