Oh, I do hope you mean a trampoline, and not a tramp (which is a migrant homeless person)! Yes, if you do the former vigorously, it can be good cardio exercise, and it also can work the muscles you use to prepare you to jump (your thighs, etc.).

Probably no longer, Plus you would not desire to take that risk. If you ended up falling even at the trampoline you might hit your stomach with your whole weight. Not a well concept. Even in finish being pregnant your placenta can break free the uterine wall and reduce off blood deliver to the little one. Don't fear approximately inducing your possess exertions, Relax, The little one will come while the little one desires to return. There is not any factor in dashing your little one out while he/she is at ease.

Trrampoline jumping is good cardio exercise without the wear and tear on your joints.
It helps work on your balance.
It is a good place to lay down after 2 hours of mowing.

Leave the poor tramps alone you meany. They have a hard enougfh life already. Although, if they try and sell you a Big Issue, then just go for it. Jump hard and fast and your cardio will soon improve.

Seriously!!! I really thought for a second that you were talking about homeless people.
...and jumping on them does nothing for me!! (Although it probably would be a pretty good cardio workout...especially if the tramp fought back!) LOL

Jumping on tramps gets my heart started. The tramps seem to enjoy it, too.

Strengthens your calfs, thighs, and butt muscles. A great cardio workout, just make sure you have pads around the tramp, in case you fly too high in the air! :)

I don't think you should jump on a dog, if a tramp is a breed of dog, if I were you...
