It could just be your hormones, or you may be depressed.
Have you tried writing down how you are feeling?
I have suffered from depression since I was 14, so I kinda know what it's like... Is there anyone you can talk to? Like your mum, or your doctor? I found it so hard, but eventually everyone noticed that I was just always so unhappy, and my mum made me go to the doctor. I really wshed I had just talked to her before things got so bad.
I know you dont want to worry anyone, or you think people might not understand, and the truth is, they might not. But whoever you speak to will know how to get you some help.
Please talk to someone, it will make you feel so much better, I promise.
If you cant put it into words, try writing a letter and giving it to someone, then talk to them when they have read it.
Even if they diagnose you with depression, it doesnt mean you have to take medication, and it doesn't mean you will be ill forever.
But the sooner you get help, the sooner you will feel better.

If you are in the US the whole seasons changing and sun going down sooner can cause depression. Is there anything going on in your life that is even a little bit stressful? Talk to someone about it. If this has been happening for longer than 2 weeks it probably is depression. Do you feel better after crying or is it more draining than anything? The past week or so I have been crying non stop and its not even a PMS thing I just wake up crying. Might even be something you never addressed before and you are finally getting it out. I think once you talk to someone you might find your answer.

Well, it may be because you are a teen ager, but I would get evaluated for depression. If you want you can get a workbook on depression by David Burns, M. D. His book usually has a checklist that might give you some insight, or copy a depression checklist at your local library. Aaron Beck is also a leading name in depression research and treatment and he developed a popular checklist.

It could be either. Go to the website www.nmha.org and review the information that they have on depression and see if any of the criteria fits you. The name of the site is Mental Health America. It has a lot of great resources. Have you had a chance to talk with a friend or counselor or anyone???

Please don't take offense by this, but it seems like you may be suffering from a slight case of depression. If you've recently had some changes in your life that you are struggling to cope with, they may be the cause of your outbursts. My advice would be to consult a therapist, counselor, or even close family member or friemd to talk about your issues with. Talking about your issues tend to be a good way of managing anger or sadness, and a safe way to help you cope.Hope this helps!

Try to hang out with new friends and just think about joy and nothing else.
I was watching a movie today, there was a scene a guy who was suffering mentally was told by a doctor to repeat this: "Pain belongs to divine! Like Water, like air"
Thats true, very true. Dont concentrate on pain, enjoy your like with all kinds of activities that you can and dont let any minute of your life to be captured by sadness :)
take care

well, this may sound strange but it could be like pms..like u feel happy one moment and then you just wanna cry the next. sometimes, when its that time of month, your hormones can change. also, it could be something in your life. talk ot a friend about it. make new friends. laughter is the best medicine.

i have the exact same problem. i think that it might be due to stress, lack of sleep, or you might have some things in the back of your mind that are bothering you? or maybe all three. just take a day to calm down, take a nap, paint your toenails, or whatever.
i hope you feel better!!

It's probably because of sinuses. My eyes get watery when I'm in a really cold room for some reason.
