There are a number of methods and some medications to help remembering, but many medications are recommended depending on why you have memory loss or memory problems. People with Attention Deficit Disorder, depression, schizophrenia, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease, to name several, all have memory problems and there are different recommendations for them all of them. There s also a workbook available, but I cannot remember its name, maybe you can find it through Amazon.com that helps you develop and retain memory functions. I have found that people's memory begins to decline after they eave school because they stop implementing the techniques used in school to help them remember. Improving memory depends on these "mnemonic techniques and strategies". If you don't use them and exercise them, your memory begins to have problems. Add the demands life places on your memory skills and it can "decline" or appear to decline quickly.

well they have certain herbs on the open market that claim to help
one of them if i am correct is Gincoba,
before you go busying things you may want to check with a doctor, also take this into consideration, how old are you is this something you had all your life did it just start and other factors, you may just have allot on your mind or just not paying attention when things are said or explained
All so, try going to www.google.com and entering in something like memory herbs or memory drugs, or something along that line. or even memory loss.
Below are a few links check them out read them, print it out and perhaps make a doctors appointment and bring the info with you.

I'm not sure. Do you have any other symtoms, or just the memory loss? Maybe have a chat with your doctor, I reckon the best thing is to do some mental exercises to keep your brain healthy (eg crosswords, wordsearches, etc)

Yes. Some medicine make you forget things though as a side effect. r u taking anything? Effexor does that.
