About those 72 eternal virgins Muslim men gets after they die, how does that work?

Do everyone get their own 72 virgins or is that 72 a fit number for all of the men and they just have to wait their turn?

My understanding is that if there are not 72 available, Allah reconstitutes non-virgins and makes them virgins. Yuck.

Someone needs to read and not recite what A CBS news reported in 2001 which contained a translation of a Hamas activist which specifically mentioned the term "72 virgins". Since then, the term has been widely used in the western world by critics of Islam.

This statement is as believable as way that mainstream Christians regard the belief that after death they will be issued with wings and a harp, and walk on clouds.

Also the actual term used is ḥūr or ḥūrīyah, and does't mean virgin. Just like Masiah doesn't mean the Son of God.

Does this mean that you didn't bother to find out what it means or you trust in the popular bible also known as the press?

Heres the thing: It's doesn't work. There isn't such a thing like that. I mean, seriously, just read those parts of the quran that talk about sexual things, everthing there is totally the opposite of being peverted and stuff. The word used for what you mentioned as "virgins" is "huriyah". It means companion. Obviously, if your supposed to have the perfect life in Heaven, then you would need a companion. And no, not 72 of them, just one. Not just for sexual things, but just for life. Like in this life, to help you, to talk to, just to be around. Not everything has to be thought of in a peverted way you guys. Also, the word "huriyah" means friend, so ofcourse your gonna have friends in heaven. And it applies to both men and women. Yeah, some people have taken it way out of context, but don't you understand that there are people who actually want to do that? Ask Imams or get a real Quran (not off the internet), and it says such different things than you would think.

Some appleseed says Im awaiting 72 Virgins in Heaven and blows himself and the people act like fools, and take what this corrupt media sprews back at them, when you read a religious text then try to understand the context, the same goes for Bible, I will not slander Lot for comitting incest because I read the whole thing before and after. 72 virgins in heaven is a false story. There is no such thing mentioned in Quran. Prophet Mohammad also never said about 72 virgins. There is ho such statement in collections of his statements.

If Palestinians leaders has said to young men to excite them to fight against Israel, they have lied. Western press never do research on Quran and Hadith if this is true or not though they know better than Muslims how to do the research and find the truth. And Christians keep repeating a false story like they have no intelligence. Though they know how to collect information from every corner of the world.
