I have heard that the Tennessee law just allows 2 or a total of $ 500. I have several more than that. Wouldn't that be against the law on their part. They didn't look me up when I took them out.

it would be your own fault for not telling them you already had 2 out. if you are going to a different place each time, I doubt that they care how many you already have, so long as you can pay their back

You had better find a way to pay them off quickly, do you realize how much interest you are paying? Ohio is about to do something about those scam operations.

Cash advance checks (aka "payday loans"), normally ask if you have ANY other financial obligations in their application process. If YOU were asked this and did not reveal YOUR true financial situation...............then YOU may be in violation of the law.

Good Luck!
