i hope that you feel better. you definitely need to go see your general doctor and explain what is going on.

I think everyone feels this way sometimes in their life. So your not alone. But I think if you feel this way all the time and you are pushing your friends away, and you never get out and have fun..that is a problem. I find comfort in the bible..I know what your thinking, but it does help. I think you should probably talk to someone you trust. Your parents, a good friend, a counselor at school..talking about how you feel will help greatly.
I wish you the best!! =D

get someone to talk to about this stuff. You dont want this spiralling out of control. Getting stuck in the depression is no way to go. Talking with a school counselor or seeing a social worker can help give you the support you need. If you feel comfortable talking to your parents talk to them to. You dont have to feel like this alone and there are so many out there who are dealing with the same feelings myself included.

For sure, you need to change what you allow yourself to think about. This appears to be the usual process when negative thought patterns are allowed to run rampant. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon among teens. They have yet to build up their confidence level, sufficiently to ward off these troubling thoughts. Talking about them only fortifies the intensity and even allows those new emotions to be implanted into the deeper recesses of the mind. There to act as triggers to bring you back to the level of negativity. It is a battle you can win.. just understand what is taking place and consciously change your thought patterns to something more enjoyable.

Talk with your parents, a guidance counselor, or the school nurse. You need some pretty major help, Honey.

Good luck.
