well he was helping me zip up my dress and he didnt have his shirt on and they just came in without nocking ! how can i make them trust me again i dont want anyone else to find out im 15

It looks bad .... you can't make them trust you again, but you could remember to lock the door the next time you decide to change dresses.

If you were doing nothing naughty, you have nothing to worry about, because you don't need to tell any lies to get out of this.

Well im figuring that u were at his house, so i gusse maybe the parents think they dont have to knock. But the point is were you having sex? Because if not just go over and tell them if they figured that then it was all a mis-understanding he was just helping you and i dnt know why he didnt have a shirt on but still just tell them what went on

Unfortunately, trust is a hard thing to regain. Was it as innocent as it sounds or was there something going on. If it was innocent you and your BF need to have a conversation with his parents explaining that but just know that as parents it is hard for them to see their children as anything other than babies. So they may not believe you. But if you are guilty than it sounds like you have a guilty conscience and just don't want to be ratted out to maybe your parents.

as much as you tell them they probably wont believe you because the situation in which you guys were doesnt help.

just tell them that nothing happened and that you wish for them not to say n e thing.

confront them and tell nothing happened...tell them the whole truth and if they dont believe u...then thats their problem.
