Asian Ramen Noodle Salad?

I got the recipe from AllRecipes.com but am I supposed to cook the noodle then brown them or just brown the crushed uncooked noodles?

Brown them uncooked. Be careful not to burn them. Yummy.

you dont cook them at all. You add them right from the package

do not cook them, they are used straight from the bag
