A good norm when costing out an holiday is times the booking by 3.Sounds absurd but its about right,going through airports these days could soak up a lot of money.

No more than I have spare. I think some people regard travelling as something to boast about. Why else go half around the world to sit on a beach? Try being a service engineer visiting countries worldwide for total 9 months of the year. You would soon forget to show off.

lets see this summer i had 1 weekend off which was lucky to get on peak season! and i spent about £4 for my camping pitch put up a tent and yea the rest went on food and stuff so what £10 on food and £20 on other things it was cheap but it was a totaly awsome holiday but i'd like to go abroad next year but i have to go with my freinds again or it won't be any fun!

We spend @ £1.800 for 2 weeks in thailand including flights hotels and spending money
Thats flying from edinburgh with 4 nts bangkok & 9 nts pattaya in 3 * hotels

I usually spend around £500 in English money. It's obviously a far greater amount when abroad.

Not much.
I live in Ireland, although its only 302 miles wide and 374 miles wide their is still so much to do and see I usually stay home and have fun here

Really under 100 bucks, i did not go any where just stayed home and bought a single ps2 game.

we go cyprus evey year,it cost for the four of us around £1200,that includes the flights and where were staying
