I'm not talking about "making wrong decisions."

I'm talking about bodies. Like massive genocides and killing sprees.

I'm not a Christian, but I think that it's incumbent on all humans to try and make the world a better place to the degree they can. This includes stopping stoppable tragedies. It's absurd to think there is merit in deliberately allowing a tragedy to befall someone to "teach them a lesson", but apparently the Christian god uses this method quite a bit.

No.

This same question is asked by parents every day. We know our chidren will make mistakes and sometimes we are aware of what is likely to happen. We let people learn from their mistakes when they do not want to learn from others mistakes.

I'm sure this is what you are talking about, because if you are talking about something like knowing that someone will be killed, or hurt badly, or something similar, then you are hanging around the wrong people.

You can't "prevent" bad things anyhow. You have some magical control over others? If so, can you get Ashley to marry me?

Yes. To him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin (James 4.17).
