Definitely Epsom Salts (about a buck at Walgreens) but just to make sure, I'd go listen to old Uncle Ben above and have a little Crown Royal, too.

Hope you feel better!

I know what you mean there!

Epsom salts are good for relaxing muscles, and are often kept for soaking sore feet. And oatmeal in a closed bag is good for soothing skin. I imagine it would help with sore muscles too. You might even try baking soda and vinegar: I've used those a number of times to treat hornet stings, and just about a week ago I successfully used vinegar to keep a sunburn from peeling.

Or you could try wet teabags: Those are also used for bags and dark circles under the eyes, so the same principle should work for soothing other bruises and strains.

I hope this helps!

properly, in my first trimester, i might take quite warm baths to the factor the place i sweat plenty because of the fact i grow to be dealing with a harm up with a guy i enjoyed, and those warm baths have been the only factor that should maintain me calm and from hurting. i did no longer understand that it grow to be undesirable. I actual did no longer. i began out stressing out so undesirable and tense as quickly as I found out what ought to ensue to the toddler. i'm virtually in my third trimester now, in some weeks i would be, my healthcare professional says my toddler is bobbing up oftentimes, yet i nonetheless worry approximately it and proper as quickly as I found out i virtually hated myself for doing that and not understanding the implications. And ever considering i found out that it ought to break him, i in no way took a tub that grow to be warm. i do no longer understand everybody who's toddler grow to be harmed, because of the fact truthfully everyone i understand, stopped getting in warm water on the same time as they have been pregnant. i might advise taking warm showers somewhat. that's what i do, and this is nice. considering you're actually not completely submerged in it. this is somewhat nice in case you're taking a seat in the bathe too. i would be unable to take status showers anymore. So i purely take a seat and it form of feels to loosen up me purely as plenty because of the fact the baths and that i do no longer could desire to worry with regard to the temperature.
