Kinda a silly question, but then again not. Everybody is born sinful apparently. So, just being born is a sin.
So Christians. Tell me we are born without sin, You can't. Why do you get mad when I point out the truth?

When the Bible says that Adam and Eve's children were punished, it meant their children and the human race. Every human was to be punished because Adam and Eve fell into sin. The punishment was living in sin, and all sin does, which includes hate, death, so on.
And the born in sin thing, Adam and Eve sinned, so the world became sinful. We are born into this world, and the world is sin, so we will be affected by sin, hence the "born in sin" thing.

Christianity does not teach that one is born in sin. This is a false teaching from people who claim to be Christians. The Bible does not teach that we are born in sin. Christians believe the same as the Jewish religion on this issue. That we are born as God's children and become responsible for our actions when we react an "age of accountability".
The major difference between Judaism and Christianity is how we maintain our relationship with the Heavenly Father.

This is why they are Judaism and Islam. They don't have the fullness of truth as the Christian church does. We are born Christian and if we die as a baby we are taken as Christian because we are too young to choose God. There comes a time in a person's life when they are old enough and accountable for their sin and must choose Christ.
So, it depends on what age you are referring to and for each individual there is a different time of that maturity.

Being born in sin is not the same as being in sin for being a Christian.
However, I agree that the born in sin thing is ridiculous. I seriously doubt people are born and immediately hell bound!

When we reach an age where we know right from wrong then we become accountable to God for our actions. In Christianity nobody is accountable for their actions, as well as the mentally handicapped until they reach that age and it is of course different for everyone. When Adam and Eve failed in the Garden of Eden they sinned against God by disobeying his commandments. When Adam and Eve ate of the fruit their eyes were opened and they new right from wrong, part of Eve's punishment was to bare children. This is where people get the born into sin from. In Hebrews 9:27 is says And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: When we die our sins will be judged. In John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Unless we accept Christs free gift we will not go to Heaven. The Bible is very clear, it says even every idle word we say is recorded, Matthew 12:36, But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. In Romans 3:10 and verse 23 it says we are all sinners. Jesus died on a cross for our sins. He is the Saviour of the world. If you would like to be born again and make Jesus your Saviour just say this simple Prayer and a new life will be yours, just say Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. Jesus will now send his Holy Spirit to come and live in your heart and guide you into all truth. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!

It is true that everyone is born in sin. That is why we all have sinful tendencies.
But no one will suffer for someone else's sins.
"The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.(Eze. 18:20)

No, it is not a sin to be a Christian.
I see no logic in your statement.
Jesus's death on the cross negated the laws of the Old Testament.
Why would Judaism or Islam agree with Christianity?

A Christian who knows his stuff realizes what a terrible sinner he is. That's opposed to those who think it's okay to throw everyone else's sins in their face. A humble knowledgeable Christian will not do that, except in certain cases. ( Like if someone we know is in complete denial about something so obvious that they are harming others) .
But in itself is it a sin? No.
