My ex-boyfriend had been with me for a little over 2 years, he is a very abusive man. He was only with me for my money since he is an illegal contracter and was force me into marriage. A couple of months ago he trespassed my our private property and began to take stuff from the house and assalted my me and my sons, attacking with pipes.

He ruined our cars repeatly from bashing in the dashboard to popping three tires at a time, he also stole pricey equipment from our company.

Now he has threated to kill my two sons and to watch for my safety as well if I don't get back with him, he said that he wasted two years of his life and that he not gonna let me get away with it.

I went to the police and they said there was nothing I can do, they had placed a warrent before on him but supposely it was no where to be found. I have this man's address (although he may leave soon), his number, and liense plate.

I have called the police at every incident. I don't know what else I can do.

you dont waste anytime with this one. You go and take out a warrant for him for terreristic threats and you take one and your boys take one. You get that warrant and you forward that warrant to the gbi and the fbi and also to the state patrol office and also get an appointment with a superior court judge and talk to them in their chambers ...they will help. And you go hide for a while if you have to. this man is no good and may do what he says. sometimes they are just bullies but you cant take the chance. You send his picture to the newspaper and tell all the neighbors what is going on. You ruin him before he can you and your children. Record all your phone calls, put a video camera on your home and bug your house. You catch him before he can do it to you. I have law enforcement family members and they will tell you the same. Get out of that now.

if you have money hire a security company and have patrols done on your home and go get some security guard dogs for at home security.. make sure all your insurance is paid up so when the dogs take him out everything will be taken care of... I personally would give the cops a break and the next time he entered my home while I'm there he would be facing a gun in his face with a dog at his testicles. If anything happens to you or your sons you need to make sure that other family or friends know that the police havent been of any help... good luck

I have no idea what country your in, so I don't know what Police officer you want advice from, but if it's the UK then you need to do this,

1, go to court and get an injunction out on him - with a power of arrest,

2, go back to the police and talk to an inspector about the advice you was given by the police

3, report this, as it is Domestic violence and the UK has a positive arrest policy, where it HAS to be reported and officers HAVE to try everything to try and find and arrest this man,

sorry if it isn't the UK and this means nothing!

And they AREN'T even listening to you? What the heck? Try one more time, but be more adamant. This is a scary thing and you need to protect your kids over all else. Maybe you should get like a video camera set up or invite one of your friends to stay with you for a while so that there will be a witness. If there WAS a warrant placed on him, it willstill be in the system somewhere, police records are nation-wide! Ask to get a restraining order. Try not to ask the same policeman...

he is an ex boyfriend?
forced you into marriage?
are you divorced or married?

if you were married and then divorced, file a complaint against him with the court not the police. do not know why the police took a report and know of him, where is the order of protection in some states you have to file it directly with the courts.

threats to kill another charge
threats to take and kill everyone--serious threats??

contact the courts in person and fill out a complaint against him for threats & assault.

You need to go and talk to the magistrate to get a protection order. You also need to put a report on record of the threats he has made to you, go back to the police and talk with Sargeant or who is in Charge, not a regular officer. Get help, dont take no for an answer, please protect yourself and children!!

What the hell is wrong with him?

He needs help, big time.

I'm a guy and I'm 28 years old and hearing about guys doing crap like that, who I think are sick in the head, that, I find very disturbing. I'm not a cop, but I do hope that you'll be alright and that he gets professional help ASAP.

Check your relationship with GOD, he shielded me and my children several times when my ex tried to kill us, it was awesome, it wasn't our time. I did go to a shelter here in my home town and got a restraining order, being with a shelter that is set up to handle abuse situations can help you relocate if the situation keeps getting out of hand. Good Luck

That's horrible! The police have to help. You may just have to move or something. I am not a police guy, but I hope nothing happens.
