then i went to college where i pretty much spend most of time with books with no exercise AT ALL. then right now im in my post graduate course. i just feel like having some form of exercise. well, aside from jogging of course hehe..........

yea ur fine your still young. heck my dad is about to start krav maga and hes 55. i did krav maga and its a good workout they'll train you pretty hard, but a good instructor tailors it to the person. they'll push every person to their personal limits

I was in tkd in HS (6th grade till graduation then moved away for college) too.. now 27, took up muy thai a couple months ago.. and pretty much all I did for 10 years was drink beer and smoke cigs... I wanted to find a good workout... I quit smoking cigs (although I am a skoal man now) and after a month without smoking I started my MT classes, go some buddies of mine to join with me, and we are pretending we are kids again... it's great fun man, and at least we arent sitting at home eatin potato chips and watching tv... good luck

Yes, it's ok. You're never too old to start training in martial arts.
