On the translation sites it doesn't give an accurate phrase and the verb 'to enjoy' is not on my french dictionary

It very much depends on what you are enjoying. Some examples:
cinema, theatre, football, etc. - aimer
game, pastime - aimer, trouver agréable
holiday, etc. - aimer, prendre plaisir a
book, meal - gouter, apprécier, trouver bon
to enjoy oneself - s'amuser
did you enjoy the concert? - le concert vous a-t-il plu?
I enjoyed the meal - j'ai bien mangé
As you can see, it's one of those words with many possibilities in French and there are many more I have not listed.

The answers with thumbs up are all good, but personally, I associate 'avoir un beau temps' with Cajun French and New Orleans - like 'Laissez les bons temps rouler!' I've never come across it in France - but I'm prepared to be corrected!

To take pleasure = aimer, prendre plaisir a
To enjoy a meal = savourer
Music, film, play etc = aimer
I don't think you will enjoy the concert = je ne pense pas que tu aimerais le concert
You won't enjoy the party - tu ne t'amuseras pas a la soiree
To enjoy life = profiter de la vie
To enjoy oneself = s'amuser/ se diverter
To enjoy the fine weather = jouir du beau temps
Enjoy yourself! = amusez-vous bien!
Etc

apprécier
se faire plaisir
enjoy a new boom :prendre un nouveau départ
enjoy good health : jouir d'une bonne santé(avoir la chance d'être en bonne santé)
avoir du bon temps, s'amuser
enjoy the use : aimer utiliser

A little context would be nice to give a more accurate translation...but in the absence of that...the short, basic answer would be "s'amuser" or "aimer." You could also have "se divertir" or "se faire plaisir." Of course depending on who you are talking about, you'll have to change the form of all these verbs.
Examples:
"J'aime faire de la bicyclette" (I like OR I enjoy biking)
"Amuses-toi bien!" (Enjoy yourself)
"Ça me fait plaisir de te voir" (It's a pleasure OR a joy seeing you).
"Les enfants se divertissent" (The children are enjoying themselves).
