I have a creek (I hope thats the way its spelled) in my neck because, of the way I slept I guess. I took aspirins but, they don't seem to help. It moves from my neck to my shoulder blade it feels like then back to my neck. Does anyone know what to do to get rid of it.

If you are able to find the side that has the tightened muscles, you may find relief by stretching on that tight muscle until it releases a bit. It is preventing the vertebrae from returning to their normal position and there for create a (crick in the neck). Should this not afford relief, my consult a doctor of Chiropractic and have them determine the cause and treat accordingly.
