I'd like to see Dale Jr. win a race this year, more than one even. I think it's a possibility with the next few tracks that are on the schedule.

For those of you who think that there's THAT much of a difference in equipment between DEI and Hendrick, you're going to be in for a rude awakening next year. It's not like Hendrick is fielding Corvettes and DEI is fielding Chevettes. Hendrick equipment is better, but not by the margin that some of you are assuming.

Another victory gets away? It's not like he was even fighting for it. Wait, if 18 cars fell out of the race, then he might have had a shot. Heck, Waltrip, Allmendinger, and Kyle Petty all beat him. If they gave out awards for fading away at the end of a race, Dale would win that one often.

I don't know he has gotten close or had cars that should have been in victory lane (Talladega, Charlotte, Daytona, Atlanta) just hasn't worked out for him. He has four out of five chances in this year Phoenix, Texas, ATlanta, and Martinsville. Personally i think Atlanta is where he will win but who knows he could loose another engine! I hope he wins soon!

When he gets out of racing and becomes a grounds keeper at the track. He can become the GREATEST grounds keeper in Nascar. Who knows, he may get promoted to Head Grounds keeper and get to paint the black and white checks. That way he gets to visit victory lane each week.

I'm pretty sure Martin Truex Jr. won a race and made the Chase with that awful DEI equipment.

Don't give up on him yet. At this point, he is really hungry for a win and he'll do everything he can to get there. If he doesn't get one before the end of this season, just watch him raack up the wins next year!

Go Jr.>>>>

Driving the crap that he has been driving all yr, its a wonder he has finished as many as he has, if he has a chance this yr I would say Atlanta or Texas.....But once he gets into HMS equipment thats when we will see him win.. Atleast he didn't blow another motor last night..

Go Dale Jr & HMS in 2008..
