This is actually my friend's cat that we're babysitting and MY cat doesn't do this. This cat is calico and has long fluffy hair. She doesn't scratch alot and she's not losing any hair. I've checked her for ear mites. I don't know what this is and it's grossing me out!

Trust me, it's worms. Tape worm. I have 8 cats and they go outside, eat dead things and they get worms all the time. It's gross but it's no big deal. You can get worm pills from the vet and it takes care of the problem. But, I have to warn you if the cat goes out it will just get them again ( and again and again...unfortunately). At least you will be able to recognize the problem for next time though.

Little whitish-yellowish bits, about the size of a sesame seed, have been pieces of parasite worms living in the cat's digestive tract, in my experience.

Check her rear end a few times by lifting up her tail while she's walking around and see if there are any worms poking out...then see the vet to get her wormed.

This is definitely a medical condition and the cat needs to be seen by a vet before it's too late. These are parasites and any who has owned an animal with these problems, knows if it goes unchecked, they are risking the animal's life. These parasite are easy to get rid of, but only a vet should do it.

Sounds like worms to me. One of my roommates had a cat that had a parasite, I think it was a tapeworm, that we found crawling out of his anus. Anyway, when they dried up, they were on his little scratching post and looked like sesame seeds, to me at least. It sounds like she could have worms... I'd be careful, and check her rear for worms crawling out of it. You might want to get both cats checked for worms, or at least yours. Hope that helps.

It's treatable.

Take a poop sample to your vet and have them check it. They'll get you the right medicine. It's not that expensive to treat for these things.
