there is something happening in the body of Christ today and the sheep need to really pay attention
Matthew 7:14-16

Revelation 3
14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
15Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
14And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

18I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
22He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches

Matthew 7
17Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

24Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

26And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

May i suggest that when you copy scripture.....go over it and CAPITALIZE the words you want us to catch.

Not sure what you are saying here but this is what I was reminded of:

Mark 7:6-8
6 He replied, "Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written:
" 'These people HONOR me with their lips,
but their HEARTS are far from me.
7 They worship me in vain;
their teachings are but rules TAUGHT by men.'
8 You have let go of the COMMANDS of God and are holding on to the TRADITIONS of men."

i have a problem with religious tradition as well as religion it has a tendency to divide the body of Christ(the church) God said a house divided will not stand if we could share our information,knowledge and revelation from God our foundations could strengthen instead of debating one another try and accept what others offer with spiritual guidance from God

Matthew 15:9
But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Traditions are only valid if they are built on the firm foundation of Scripture, and in full agreement with the entirety of Scripture.

I agree with those who observe that a string of random, irrelevant quotes doth not an argument make.
