Thsi Will b a weird question but when u say see your doctor you mean my "doctor doctror" or a therapist?

Xanax, paxil,lexapro,valium,prozac, effexor. You have to go to a doctor for a prescription to get all of them that I mentioned you can't buy anti-anxiety drugs over the counter if anyone does this they should be turned in its unethical and illegal.

I am single mum. I have been suffering for panic attacks for some 15 years now, though it was not until recently I understood what they were. They were progressively getting stronger and more frequent, stopping me from some days even leaving my house. I read this book and it all made perfect sense.
I am not saying I was not terrified of putting theory to action, I was more scared of that than the next attack! But I decided to view it as a game, one I had control of and could therefore not lose!

Lexapro. It is sold by prescription only. If you need them go see your doctor and he may be able to help you. About the people who posted Xanax (Alprazolam) this is not for anxiety, it is used for depression. Two completley different conditions.

Lexapro. I started taking that about 4 years ago and I am doing so much better... You need a prescription for it though so go to the doctor

Zanex. But most or all of any such type of drugs you can't run out and just buy. You'll need to see a doctor first for an Rx.

I had social anxiety a few years ago and it caused intense pain in my stomache. I was perscribed Ranitidine, its actually for chronic heartburn and you can get it at drug stores.
I don't know if this helps because I don't know what your anxiety caused you, but, I tried.

Xanax...no you need a prescription. You need a prescription for my anti-anxiety pills.

no u cannoy buy them u have too go too doctors i take propanonol for it as i have too much addrenaline good luck
