just checking if its normal for the eyesz to both be looking outwards, i have been told that once the skull cracks and forms the normal wide shape of a boxer the eyes will then look forward????
the other thing is the boy boxer we have only has 6 nipples.
and yes i do inspect both my pets and my children as i care greatly for them all and want to make sure all is well.

Why are you looking so hard at the puppy? You're supposed to LOVE the puppy, not ANALYZE it, fer pete's sake!
What would you do if you had a kid? Measure the distance from its ears to its bellybutton to decide if you liked it?

Yeah so, you are saying there is a problem with 9 nipples? I have a girl with 9 nipples .. Doesn't hurt her in the least, and she actually doesn't even have a clue that she has 9 instead of 8 or 10.
If the puppies eyes look like they are looking outwards rather than straight, I would suspect that the puppy is younger than what you have been told...
I wouldn't worry about 6 nipples on the male, as he isn't going to be breast feeding at all.. It's possible that your breeder is breeding for short backs and the shorter body ... there isn't room for 8 or 10 nipples.. I am not sure how many nipples a male normally has.. One sec...No.. my male has 8 nipples... Your dog is short at least 2 nipples..
