What is a tato? Do you mean tattoo? If so...Yes they do, especially in sensitive areas of the body. They also are very hard to remove or eradicate later in life when you decide you don't love Mary any more or whatever.

depends on how you take pain. I hate pain. I have had about 50 surgeries and I am such a baby when it comes to pain. However, my tattoo was no where near painful. I was suprised at how it didn't hurt. However, it totally depends on you.

how can it hurt to be colored by a potato? I think you meant TATOOING ? Can hurt if your "artist" does not know what he is doing.

yes and no...depends on you... i think no but know some peeps say yes...mine didnt hurt.. like being rubbed with sandpaper... i could feel it but pain...NO
