As long as humans exist, there will always be good & evil. And It will swing like a pendulum.

Haha so many dogmatists, as neitzche would say...
The concept of good and evil will end when the human race dies out or ceases to believe words like good and evil actually mean anything. They are just concepts... they change depending on who is interpreting them. Why do you think we all have different morals... if they were absolute wouldn't we all beleive the same morel truths?
Oh and as to the equilibrium thing there is no reason to believe the world works that way... people believe in balance because they want to, not because its there.

Only if some intelligent being is there to give the definition; nothing is inherently either without judgment from outside of the event. As far as equilibrium, this depends on the vision of those making the judgment.

Evil is increasing toward the end times. When Jesus comes back and the final battle between Satan and God takes place there will be no more evil. There will be everlasting peace.
