my grandpa was cutting tree limbs and he did not notice what one he cut and cut one and SLAMMED right on my moms car. it is brand new and she is really upset...how can i make her happy without aggravating her?

My grandpa is a really nice man. And we have to pay him for some old depths. So we can't ask him to pay for it. It would be rude. And I AM ONLY 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is gonna be home all day I can't surprise her with cleaning the house and tonight we are having steak i can't work a grill.

i really want to help her but so far (time 1:49) i still have not found anything im looking for!i need a way. I really want my mom to be happy. I hate to see her mad. She started to cry because she really loves this car and (it is used but only 1,000 miles on it) and she really likes it how can i make her happy?

Just tell her how sorry you are that the car got wrecked, and that you wish you could snap your fingers and make it all better, but you are only 11 and can only give her hugs and kisses.

You can't really make her happy, in this circumstance; she'll just have to get over it in her own time.
Don't do things you know she doesn't like.
You might try doing things around the house, such as housework.
After a while, maybe you can distract her -- maybe watch some comedies together.

just stay out of her way if she seems aggrivated. make her cute notes and leave them around in places that she looks. just notes that say " its not the worse thing in the world" or "time heals all pain". My daughter knows me and she stays away while Im not in a good mood but when i find her little notes she leaves propped up on the dresser or tv it makes me laugh. or she will have one of her little sisters bring me a note and i will write back and then she writes back and its so fun and cute.

If its a brand new car than i know she has to have full coverage.She probably has already called her insurance company to get it fixed.Its mighty sweet that you love your mom so much you want to make her happy.....Give her a big hug,that aways works for me lol...

Support her by telling her that grandpa should pay for it. Then, cook dinner one night and clean house. If she's mature enough, she'll get passed it.

fix her a snack, bring her her jammy's and slippers, and let her lay down and watch a movie or some t.v.
