Would you think that it would be too awkward to go out with a girl that is taller than you? (and I know, and have heard it a million times, that you should just be happy with yourself; so please don't pull that factor in)

Ive have never had a problem with it , after all how are the short guys gonna get some height into the family genes

I think the whole idea that guys feel awkward or uncomfortable with a taller woman is a myth. I think that most guys are intimidated by taller women because they tend to be attractive, and we may consider them out of our league as far as attractiveness. I believe most guys would feel great pride in dating a taller woman.

I don't date because it's against my religion, but let me rephrase it to myself as this: Would i marry a woman taller than me?
Answer: Yes, but not if she's more than 12" taller than me. Also every other major factor would need to be aligned right first.
My preference would be to marry a woman just about my height or shorter.
As we all know, the average height for women is less than the height for men. I don't know why, but I generally like women who are short. It's not that I don't like women who are tall, but I just tend to like petite ladies(say from around 4'9" to 5'3") with a little more partiality...

just a little bit but i know of people who are married and the wife is taller. there was a reallity show where the one guy married that one girl that was slightly taller then him and they were on dr. phil one time so i personally belive that if it floats both boats then go for it

If it's within a couple inches... not at all. But if the girl is a foot taller than me... yea I guess it would be awkward.

Not too awkward. But there arent many girls taller than I am (I'm 6'2) so I can't tell ya for sure.

haha. well considering that I'm 5'3, there are alot of women that are taller. As long as its only a bit taller, not close to 6'.

i usually go for girls who are shorter than me, but i would definetly go out with a girl who is taller than me. how tall are you because im 6ft so there arent that many girls who are taller than me anyway. it wold not be awkward i would think that it would be more awkward for the girl to be dating a shorter boy.
