I know this is not a question but I wanted to share it.

New Skin (liquid bandage) will remove warts. I just painted it on, left on for several days, ripped it off and repainted. It is cheap and painless, doesn't burn the surrounding skin.

It is also good to remove precancerous rough spots on face and hands.

I am not talking about melanomas, just those scaly things that come up from sun exposure. I have taken them off for years with Retin A. New Skin is just a lot quicker.

That sounds like a great idea. A slice of garlic taped on a wart will work also. I did it on my granddaughters finger. It turned black and came off in about a week.

The precancerous spots should be seen by a dermatologist.

Mild ones are basil cell (not so serious)

More serious are Squamous cell.

Aggressive ones are Melanomas. These must be seen and tested promptly. My husband had one come up in six weeks. It looked like a chocolate colored mole. It was already 2 cm thick and had to be removed.

Duct tape over a wart will also work. it takes about 3 weeks but teh wart smothers and dies.

I don't advise anyone remooving precancerous anything as if it turns to cancer you will have a physical warning sign that you might not have.

I have had a tiny wart on the back of my hand for over 10 years. Duct tape smothers it until it is flat but it always grows back, and everybody always asks about the tape on my hand. I have also tried castor oil too.
Just had the idea to try new skin, and I went on-line to see that you have had success with it. I will plan to keep it covered for several months. Hope this idea works for me too!

I heard a baby aspirin was ok. Warts are a virus, so the mix may be different for them. Sometimes some antibiotic cream will help, too.
