I want to make a lemon cake from a recipe I have, but the only problem is that it's in German. One of the ingredients says "200g Sahne". I know that this means 200g of cream, but what kind of cream? Heavy cream, whipped cream, sour cream... etc. ? If anyone could help me, that would be great :)

They call it Rahm here in Switzerland, but I would say heavy/whipping cream. 25% or so. Not sour cream.

What says the recipe you should do with it?

It should be cream with about 30 - 35 percent of fat (whipping cream before whipping).
