willroge I am not the first person to notice this. And I don't think the others that noticed this were pedophiles. I want to understand why people try to justify it and turn it into something else.

He wasn't the only one.Jewish tradition says it is okay to have sex with someone as young as 3 if they are not Jewish. The same tradition calls us cattle, that we are no better than the animals.

You said you don't want to hear that 9 was a much more mature age back then than it is now but it was and it was very common for girls in European, Asian, and African nations to marry at young ages. You are viewing things through a constructed reality see in our culture we think that 20 and up is the right age to be married but that’s only because that’s what we see around us. Have you ever heard of any scientific or medical reports that state that a girl needs to be married at an older age. You haven’t because there is no such thing once a girl has gone through puberty nothing will happen to her health if she is married. Each time period has there own sett of morals that is different then the next. So before one begins to judge things they should view the matter through different perspectives to understand it fully.(and further more she was not 6 she was actually 9 which is a time when many girls go through puberty.)the prophet also never said that it was a command by god. I say this because I have studied the Koran very carefully for many years and I would have seen something like that.
