can my yorkie become anemic because of fleas? help

Yes, if it's a very heavy infestation. Fleas also transmit tapeworm and can cause rather nasty skin problems. Aside from those things, they're just gross and uncomfortable for your dog, so get them treated. Get some proper stuff from a vets, don't waste your money on the pretend flea products from pet stores.

Yes anyone can become anemic from blood sucking parasites. If your dog is having an issue, you need to get it some help. Bathe it with a mild dog shampoo, and get it to the vet for some Flea treatments! Use Advantage or Frontline
