Yes ,and in that religion is the truth is being told not the lies .The Truth shall (WILL) set you FREE,now how more free can one be just to be free from pagan holidays, beliefs like hell fire where one is burning forever,The false belief that babies are destroyed so God can haul them off to heaven and put them all on his side, come on how nice it is not to believe that clap trap anymore. That people don't have to live a few years and just die and stay dead, that there is a better hope, not just the false hope of flying off to heaven and either playing a harp or whizzing around on a billowy cloud.

There is only one true faith and that is the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The doctrine given by the apostles has endured overtime. Unfortunately, mankind has corrupted the Word of God thus resulting in the multitude of so called christian religions.

Now, men have multiple choices of what to believe. What ever fits them best they will follow, having itchy ears.

Yet, the true faith cuts like a knife. It's road is very arduous. Those who love not their lives unto death walk this road. These are they who believe every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Most christian beliefs today have in some way corrupted the faith by adding or taking from the Word of God and by polluting the faith with paganism.

So what is the right faith? Believe the Word of God. Do not add or take away from it. Ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and be reborn, become again alive in your spirit that is dead because of sin. Let Jesus live his life without sin through you.

As for finding a church of believers, the church will resemble that of the early church established by the apostles. And they will bear the sign of the believer as written in Mark 16.

And remember, life on this earth is like a mist that is there for a moment and gone the next. What happens when you pass from this world is forever and the decision you make today will determine how you will spend all of eternity.

Adam and Eve had one God in the beginning and they were to Worship him.

They sinned and now we have a huge mess all around the world.

Still there is only one true Almighty God and that is Jehovah.

We all can read the Bible and then when we start looking for the true Religion, just do a process of elimination based on that Religions beliefs based on the scriptures.

I also searched for the truth and I found the truth. I did alot of research and this is what helped me.

Do they use God's personal name in Worship?

Do they have traditions that go beyond the scriptures?

Do they preach as the Bible tells us to preach the good news of the Kingdom?

Do they believe as the Bible teaches that Jehovah is God and that his only begotten Son is Jesus Christ?

Do they use images in their worship when the Bible clearly condemns these practices?

Are they part of the World? So mixed up in politics that you can not tell the difference between them and those that do not even believe in God?

We are taught from the Bible to love others as much as we love ourselves. Do they really show this by their actions?

I accepted a free home Bible study with Jehovah's Witness in 1996. After studying with them it was clear to my Wife and I we had found the truth.

We were baptized as Jehovah's Witnesses in Aug. 1996.

Agape.

Do You Know The Truth?
"The Truth Will Set You Free"
http://www.watchtower.org/e/19981001/article_01.htm
How vital is it to know the truth? Many religions today, while claiming to follow the Bible, are largely influenced by human philosophies and traditions. Often, religious leaders seem not as concerned with the accuracy of their message as they are with its acceptance by the masses. Some feel that God is satisfied with any form of worship, as long as it is sincere. But Jesus Christ explained: "The hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for, indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him."—John 4:23.

If we want to worship God acceptably, we must know the truth. This is an important issue. Our eternal happiness depends on it. Therefore, everyone should ask himself: 'Is my way of worship acceptable to God? Am I genuinely interested in learning the truth of God's Word? Or am I afraid of what a careful investigation might reveal?'

JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES are well-known for their Bible educational work, now being done in more than 200 lands. They study the Bible and teach it as the truth, without incorporating the diluting influence of human philosophies. Are you acquainted with their Bible-based teachings? Many hesitate to listen to Jehovah's Witnesses because of the negative information that circulates against them. But honesthearted people are invited to decide for themselves whether what the Witnesses preach is the truth or not. Such a vital decision should not be based on hearsay. Many who have conducted their own personal investigation of the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses have benefited greatly

This is what I think, although it is fairly liberal and most fundamentalists will disagree.

Most people believe what they do bc it is what they were taught to believe. Most religions recognize some type of diety. A devout Christian isnt gonna convert to Buddhism any more than a devout Buddhist is gonna convert to Christianity. I think that as long as you stay true to whatever you do believe you will be fine.

I would say that all religions to some degree believe they are the only true religion. It really gets me though that the Christian church is the group of ppl most often seen condeming and judging others.

Jesus says in Matthew 5:17-20 that he is not here to start a new religion; but to fix the Jewish one. And it was that way for a while; with many shooting off to make up their beliefs. Then 29 men created the Catholic Church where it was agreed NOT to obey ALL Jesus said for us to do.
If there is a church that is obeying all of the Bible, I know not who, what, or where it is. It probably is not, for it would take a lot more effort that most of us put in today.
Roger Williams, who founded the state of R.I. tried to start such a church; but died a sad man. For even back then they were willing to do some; but not all.
Read and re-read your Bible over and over. Keep looking for the information you may have missed before. Contemplate about the Bible.

1---Truly, the religion with Allah is Islam. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And whoever disbelieves in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, then surely, Allah is Swift in calling to account
------------------------------
2---You (true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad SAW and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind;
-------------------------------
3---So put your trust in Allah(God); surely, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on manifest truth
-----------------------
4-This (Quran) is a Message for mankind (and a clear proof against them), in order that they may be warned thereby, and that they may know that He is the only One Ilah (God - Allah) - (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah), and that men of understanding may take heed

Identifying marks of true religion

The true religion advocates worship of only the one true God, Jehovah. (Deuteronomy 4:35; John 17:3
An important part of worship that is pleasing to God is faith in his Son, Jesus Christ. (John 3:36; Acts 4:12) This does not mean simply believing that he lived or that he was an outstanding person. It includes appreciation of what the Bible teaches regarding the value of the sacrifice of Jesus’ perfect human life and recognition of his position today as heavenly King. (Psalm 2:6-8; John 3:16; Revelation 12:10
True worship is not tainted by involvement in politics and worldly conflicts. (James 1:27) Why not? Because Jesus said regarding his followers: “They are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world.” (John 17:16) Jesus did not meddle in politics, and he restrained his followers from resorting to carnal weapons. (Matthew 26:52
The true religion teaches and practices unselfish love. (John 13:35; 1 John 3:10-12) Such love is not just spoken about in sermons. It actually draws together in genuine brotherhood people of all races, all economic groups, all languages, all nations. (Revelation 7:9, 10) It sets true Christians apart from the world around them
The true religion advocates God’s Kingdom as the lasting solution to the problems of humankind. (Daniel 2:44; 7:13, 14; 2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:4, 5) Do any of Christendom’s churches do that? When is the last time that you heard a clergyman explain God’s Kingdom and what the Scriptures show that it will accomplish? Does the organization to which you belong encourage you to talk to others about God’s Kingdom, and if so, does the membership as a whole share in doing it? Jesus did such witnessing; his early disciples did. You too can have the privilege of sharing in this activity. It is the most important work being done on the face of the earth today.—Matthew 24:14.
Though there are thousands of religions, the Bible quickly helps us to cut through the confusion in order to identify the true one. But we need to do more than identify it. It is vital that we practice it. What this involves will be considered at greater length in our next article.
Should the true religion be a profit oriented enterprise, so that its leaders can live in luxury? Matthew 6: 19-21; James 2:1-4; 5: 1-3.
Would true worship try to hide or replace God’s revealed name? Isaiah 12:4,5; Matthew 6:9; John 17:26.
Would the worldwide brotherhood of true worshipers of God be involved in divisive politics and nationalism? Daniel 2:44; 7:14; John 18:36; Romans 16:17; 1 Corinthians 1:10.
Would the worship approved by God permit participation in wars and racial or tribal killings? Exodus 20:13; Isaiah 2:2-4; John 13:34;,35.
Would true worship exalt, glorify, and unduly honor human religious leaders, even assigning them unscriptural titles? Psalm 96:5-7; Matthew 23:6-12; 1 Corinthians 3:5-9.
What kind of conduct should the true religion produce as a result of its teachings? Matthew 22: 37-40; Ephesians 4: 23-29; compare Galatians 5: 19-21 with 5: 22,23.
