Chicago O'Hare. It'ds rather wierd to be driving into the airport and seeing a Boeing 727 taxiing over your head.

DFW - Dallas among several. (Not sure MIA, i live here and runways are not supported by bridges).
The most impresive runway above bridges that i've seen is the Funchal Airport (FNC) , on the island of Madeira in Portugal

18L/36R at Cincinnati (CVG) goes over a road. There are actually quite a few airports that have taxiways/runways that go over a road.

KDFW has one crossing the northern automotive entrance. Always sort of fun to watch a visitor's reaction.

Chicago's O'Hare.
Interesting sight to look out the window of your jet sitting on the ground and seeing cars passing by under you.
