I don't know what to do. he seems to be obsessed with this other girl, because he looks at her myspace and facebook all the time and searches for her on google and stuff, even when he is using my computer! should i just give up? i'm really upset and i dont know what to do!

the girl went to high school with us and he liked her back then, but now she goes to college far away and we are at college together.

I think you should talk to him and just generally ask him why he is so intrigued to this girl. Tell him how it makes you feel. Relationships are all about talking.

Is this other girl someone that he actually knows in real life? If so, you've could have bigger problems than his internet usage. Basically, you need to find out why he's doing this, and where you stand.
If she's some girl he used to know, or thinks is someone he knew, you could be okay. He might just be trying to touch base with an old friend. However if he's attracted to her, then you need to decide if you want to fight for him, or let him go. Fight for him does not mean ultimatums and complaining. It means reminding him why he went out with you in the first place. It means getting closer to him. Or, if you think it's too late for that, or that he's not really worth that much trouble, then it's time to move on before it gets worse.

Talk to him about it but in a calm way!
Ask him whats up with him and the girl and to anwser you honestly.
Tell him how you feel about the situation and how much its upsetting you!
If you think it's not going to work out then you should give it some time and think of what is going on between ya!!!

Does he know the girl, have they talked or dated before? This sounds very strange. He kinda sounds like a stalker. I have one, and this is the kind of behavior he displayed when I dated him. It may be nothing, but this is not right. Why is he looking at another girl when he's with you? I'd say, dump him, because his interest is elsewhere. He has wandering eyes, and you don't need that.

I would be upset also. Definitely talk to him about it, ask him what his interest in this girl is all about. Make sure you want to hear the truth and he tells you the truth. It might hurt, but it's best to know his true feelings. He has something going on, and if he cares about you at all......he should be honest. I hope it all works out for the best.

you should ask him about this " mystery girl" and see what he has to say. If things get worse then maybe you should end things. That is very rude that he is looking at someone else when he is with you. Next time don't let him use ur computer.

Girl he obviously has no respect for you or your feelings get rid of him. Ask him to stop. If he doesn't move on. If he's doing this in front of you, then he might be doing other things behind your back. Lose him!!!!!

is that all he's doing? not saying it's right of him but i dont' think that's reason enough for you to throw in the towel. talk to him about it and see if it's any more than what you've observed so far. good luck.

if hes thinking about some one else, then you should go ahead and give up on him. because he may leave you for her some day. just make sure your not the one getting hurt in all of this.
