I used to play basketball with my friends almost everyday 3 years ago until i got my wife pregnant. I have been working hard and providing for my family that i don't get time to play anymore. Tomorrow i will be playing basketball after 3 years! Any tips or advice on how i can last in the game? i tried running a while ago but i easily get exasperated, seems like i am always catching my breathe help! I don't want to look weak on the court what can i do to last long?

Well it takes time to get into shape. But you should start with stretching your muscles thoroughly today and tomorrow prior to playing, so you do not injure yourself.

I would suggest eating lighter meals prior to playing and take in plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Just expect not to have the endurance you did when you exercised regularly.
