I'd go with 70 inches round. That way you will have a nice 13 inch drop all around your table. It wouldn't be too long and touch the chair seats, and it's long enough that it won't look like you've scrimped on a small tablecloth.

For a short drop of 8", a 60" round would be O.K. especially if your dining chairs have arms.

70" round is the best length since it helps any wrinkles weigh out with the overhang of 13".

90" round is best for a decorator table that requires close to the ground coverage (23" overhang).
