Ok, So i know I'm only 17, but I have this step sister... And My whole amily and I feel she is way too immature.
She is 12 years old, and refuses to watch any show besides cartoons. She doesn't ever listen... I got a puppy, and she just wants everyones human food, so we put her in another room a while back so her and her friend could eat on the floor, and she wouldn't do it. So we had to keep my dog out longer, she is only a 3 month old pup. And she refuses to eat any dinner besides candy, cookies, or mc cheese. She hates boys. Her only focus of interest in a anime show called bleach. When things dont go her way, she throws things.
Everyone in this house feels she needs help. Including her biological father. What advice can I give him... he is looking for anything from anyone at this point.

Your step sister does need some guidance, and since her parents aren't doing it, perhaps she could get help from a neutral party such as a therapist.

Your parents need to take her to a pediatrician for help and advice, and he will probably make a referral to a good children's therapist.

Your step sister has been through a lot, apparently and i'm betting that most of it is not her fault, but her actions are simply the result of stress, emotional pain and other things.

i hope she gets help.

Ok are we talking about your step-sister or your puppy??As for your puppy -- don't feed it human food --As for your step sister;it sounds as if she may be in need of a counselor--also take all the candy, cookies and mc cheese out of the house and don't let her have them--but get her help ASAP--a good counselor can get her into anger management and find out what is going on and why she is behaving in this way.

Your sister is performing immature for her age. At age 9 (basically approximately ten) she could be getting gown on her very own, bathing herself and ingesting from a common cup (no longer a sippy cup). additionally she could be snoozing in her very own mattress, she's too previous to throw tantrums and so on. She's basically performing like a splash youngster and not her very own age. My niece is barely approximately 2 years older than your sister (she's twelve) and he or she does not do any of that stuff, she will shield herself and actually acts her age. basically some thing desires to be carried out because of the fact your sister is basically too previous to be performing like this.

Similar to the supper nanny thingy, I think you should punish her by making her face the wall for five minutes. Then you have to tell her why she is punished and talk about your attitude towards her. If she refuses to be punished, then grab on to her hands and put her on the wall, and start talking to her. Explain very clearly on why she is being face on the wall. And do not give up and forget about the watery tears coming from her.

I'm 16 and just like that minus the tantrums.

Get her to stop being whiny and she's fine. Really.
