I don't recall having read any significant passage that depicts just this it is more throughout, but I remember reading one (sorry I don't quote) where men and women are instructed on how a wife is to conduct herself and a man towards his wife as well. The whole passage could be summed up in saying treat each other with respect and honesty, being chaste to one another, keeping the vows made to one another sacred, in all things be true. It applies to all human beings not just women.
The bible also teaches us to be kind to animals, and not to harm little children and not to try and sway them from their innocense.

If your looking for answers to life in the literal letter of the scriptures then you won't find it. To go deeper into your question, the female perspective has been suppressed in all religions and I highly doubt you will find anyone who can give you a acceptable answer of what makes a good woman. Fundamentalists will tell you one who obeys the every word of her man and those of the New Age will tell you that woman is equal to man therefore they can do everything they can, neither is true.
Women are the opposite reality of men, we exist on two different planes. Which makes us equal by virtue that we are human but not equal the same. Because what a woman is capable of, a man is not and vice versa. A woman's strength comes by her intuitive ability, to feel her way through things without logically processing it like a male. She can access higher dimensions of mind naturally than a male because she is XX, while male is XY. X is the feminine and Y is the masculine. That is to say that female is X super charged while the X in male is dormant.
A woman's limitation is, that without a male they have no power. They also need a male to ground them, because without grounding they are subject to receive impressions from all around them and become entangled in many many worldly things. The male serves as their protector. But in the mass majority of cases, none of these things ever occur in a relationship. Why? Because man is entangled in varieties of rhetoric and manmade doctrine which attempt to either suppress one gender or generalized them as one thing.
So what makes a good woman? One who is able to actively reflect her husband, transmuting the energy given to her and returning it him. Just like she takes the sperm and transmutes it into a child and returns it to him. She must be capable of that on many levels besides the physical one. This is the females greatest power, the ability to transmute. But without the creative force the male gives, utilizing that power is impossible. You see?
The two are suppose to become one and seek the inner kingdom together. Another way to say it is, that male and female are divided realities and by becoming harmonized can reach the inner kingdom. But if they stay divided they will continue in what Yeshua called outer darkness. Division is evil, which is why in the Genesis God didn't call the second day good and which is what the Adam and Eve story is portraying allegorically. A division of the male and female realities within.
Woman is man's immediate savior, just as man's is hers. But mankind has a tendacy to squander away what is given to him and misuse it. .
Peace

. 3Â And do not let YOUR adornment be that of the external braiding of the hair and of the putting on of gold ornaments or the wearing of outer garments, 4Â but let it be the secret person of the heart in the incorruptible [apparel] of the quiet and mild spirit, which is of great value in the eyes of God. 5Â For so, too, formerly the holy women who were hoping in God used to adorn themselves, subjecting themselves to their own husbands, 6Â as Sarah used to obey Abraham, calling him “lord.” And YOU have become her children, provided YOU keep on doing good and not fearing any cause for terror.

3Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. 4Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight. 5For this is the way the holy women of the past who put their hope in God used to make themselves beautiful. They were submissive to their own husbands, 6like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her master. You are her daughters if you do what is right and do not give way to fear. (1 pet 3)
Like a gold ring in a pig's snout is a beautiful woman who shows no discretion. (Prov 11:22)

Well, being "pretty" means the use of make up. Follow passages about how how such things are wrong.
Enoch 8:1-3
And Azâzêl taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and breastplates, and made known to them the metals of the earth and the art of working them, and bracelets, and ornaments, and the use of antimony, and the beautifying of the eyelids, and all kinds of costly stones and coloring tinctures. And there arose much godlessness, and they committed fornication, and they were led astray, and became corrupt in all their ways.
Ezekiel 23:40
And furthermore, that ye have sent for men to come from far, unto whom a messenger was sent; and, lo, they came: for whom thou didst wash thyself, paintedst thy eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments,
Jeremiah 4:30
And when thou art spoiled, what wilt thou do? Though thou clothest thyself with crimson, though thou deckest thee with ornaments of gold, though thou rentest thy face with painting, in vain shalt thou make thyself fair; thy lovers will despise thee, they will seek thy life.
Now what does G_D say about how a woman should be.
1 Timothy 2:9
In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;
Leviticus 21:7 They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his Elohim.
Now there are more...but didn't want to leave a book.

Read the Book of Ruth.
But frankly the Bible doesn't say anything about anything.
It can show you but it can't say it and it can't tell you. You have to open the pages and search for the answer.

There is a proverb that says her price is above rubies.
I would interpret this to mean a woman who is kind, decent, loyal, respectful and honorable, as opposed to one who causes headaches, strife and contention (like feminst sorts of today). That's just what I think.
