I would think transfat is the worst thing...the pork pies is pretty good answer though...however, pork probably has some nutritional value...protein, minerals, etc. but the big bags of solid transfat that restaurants and food makers use is pure poison. It clogs the arteries, can't be reversed with medications, and has no nutritional value whatsoever.

Whad do you think?

T-bone steak with aussie cheesey fries, a baked potato with butter and sour creme and for dessert chocolate thunder from down under. I usually have a beer too and a coke. I love the outback steakhouse but it does'nt love me.
Hope I helped and thanks for making me hungry again

Soy. It blocks the absorbtion of minerals and key vitamins - a few of which would be the K vitamins, and several of the B's, like B6 and B12. I don't know them all off the top of my head, but soy can kill. And when fed to livestock it has done worse than that. Babies born were either weak-legged and could never stand, or were born with fangs(top and bottom) in an animal that NEVER has top teeth.
