i keep reading about people saying things like-i see people in handicap blah blah blah that don't look like it- guess what- you can have a Heart condition or severe Fibromialsia, Muscle Spasms, etc have something that is not "acting up" at that moment,(but can at ANY time) but that does NOT make someone not handicap-only the IGNORANT ones are handicap.--

I assume you are talking about people who park in handicapped spaces. You are right that not all handicaps are visible such as being in a wheelchair or on crutches. This doesn't mean that someone cant have a major health problem. I just assume if someone has a handicapped tag that they are deserving of parking in that spot.

My dad popped 4 of his discs out of his back and he had 3 surgeries in the last 6 months but he doesn't look disable at all so i agree with you %100.

That is very true. I have MS. I don't look sick at all, but I have double vision a lot, my legs and hips feel like they are going to fall off, and I have lots of dizzy spells. If I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know. I am 100% disabled.
