i think you should become closer and start hangin out more, then start flirting w/ him but in a sweet way. then, if he doesnt responds, but it is bc he is shy, then wait for him, maybe he needs more time. but if it is bc he doesnt like you, then, i guees u just have to be friends. just be closer and start flirting just a little bit. tell me what happens after a while:D

Try asking him out. Not necessarily directly, but see if he has something in common with you. Then see if he'd go there with you. It might not work, but you'll never know until you try. Women have always talked about doing this, but they talk a mean game. Actions speak louder than words.

if you're sure then why ask the question... Listen... just be calm and sure...try some flirting... if he doesn't catch on, he's probably not to bright (I've been this way too many times).
