My daughters father lies about where he is taking her, and takes her to his girlfriends house (which he agreed with me that he wouldnt)! We both agreed that we didnt want our significant others around our daughter!! But he brings her around anyway's! What can i do about this! And do i have a right to know where my daughter is going all the time. I have her everyday! and he takes her sat, sun and mon, but she is not allowed to sleep over! He is really immature and doesn't really know how to take care of her. we just went to court! what can i do about this situation! HELP!!

Why do you care?
I mean, what's the problem, exactly?
You don't think he can take care of her; maybe she can.
I would think where he takes her during visitation is his business, unless he takes her somewhere illegal or unsafe.
Are both of your SOs such horrible people that it damages her to be around either of them?

It is my understanding that there are specific laws for a baby under a year old. You need an attorney to help you because this is a tiny infant and if the dad is not competent to give appropriate care, he needs to visit her in your home until she is older. Your child may be in a situation that needs your intervention through a court order to protect her. Any agreement you and he may have had about the child has to be through the court; otherwise, he can ignore it and do as he pleases. Get legal help.

Your stugle power over the baby sounds to me lot more important than the well being of the baby Your are preparing yourself to use the baby as a gun against your ex ..and in12 yrs from now your dauther will hate you with force If your ex does not neglect the baby well what wrong with the fact he is bringing the baby At his gf or mother or sister I know you will denied that but I am going to tell you the reasons JEALASOUSY Yes you are afraid somebody else will love your dauther and in return your dauther will love them Common grow up and be a real mother
