Everyone on here keeps recommending squats as the way to tone up your butt. I've got a question. If I'm wanting to tone up my butt and get GREAT results...what squats do I do and how many??? Most the squats I'm used to doing in the gym, I only feel the burn in the legs-not the butt. The butt is what I'm interested in tightening-so please help! Any other suggestions are welcome as well!

Also-any recommended machines to get to drop weight fast? And if so-how long/many times a week? Bicycle? Eliptical. . .? I def. want a machine-because it will be Winter when my baby is born and I can exercise in the Winter because breathing the cold air hurts my lungs not to mention I can't bring the baby out.
