you can't/shouldn't do an evil spell to someone who truly deserves it?

Thats the point of having a recognized Wicca religion. Like any organization it takes some steps to protect its own. The Wiccan Rede serves a purpose for all Wiccans. Dont screw it up.

The same as the point of being a human I would think, in the end harming others harms you too. Leave it be and let nature (or Karma) take it's course

Why put a spell on someone when karma will take care of them later, you reap what you sow. If you do something bad then you will reap what you sow.

you cannot account your judgement as perfect

Because witches aren't evil, nasty, prejudiced, hateful, people. Unlike many Christians.
